Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  3. Place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the pastry over to create a triangle and seal the edges with a fork. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  6. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a sprinkle of powdered sugar. Serve alongside vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
