Description

Delicious bite-sized pizza rolls filled with gooey mozzarella, savory pepperoni, and zesty pizza sauce, perfect for snacks or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Cheese (mozzarella)
  • Pepperoni
  • Pizza sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into squares or rectangles, aiming for pieces that are about three inches wide.
  4. Place a small amount of cheese, a few pepperoni slices, and a dollop of pizza sauce in the center of each piece of dough.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling to create rolls and seal the edges tightly.
  6. Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

These pizza rolls are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
