Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- Cheese (mozzarella)
- Pepperoni
- Pizza sauce
- Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut the dough into squares or rectangles, aiming for pieces that are about three inches wide.
- Place a small amount of cheese, a few pepperoni slices, and a dollop of pizza sauce in the center of each piece of dough.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create rolls and seal the edges tightly.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
