Description

A delightful blend of fresh fruit, silky cream, and Irish cream liqueur, perfect for brunch or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit puree (raspberry, strawberry, or peach)
  • 2 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh fruit slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine fresh fruit and blend until smooth to make the fruit puree. Adjust sweetness if needed.
  2. Fill a glass halfway with ice cubes. Pour in the club soda first, then gently add the heavy cream over the ice.
  3. Stir in the fruit puree and Irish cream liqueur until well combined.
