- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1 cup shredded cabbage

- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
- In another bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds. Toss well to mix evenly.
- Serve the grilled chicken on a plate alongside the Asian slaw, drizzling any remaining marinade sauce over the chicken if desired.
Notes
