Description

A delicious dish combining sweet honey and savory garlic for juicy and tender chicken breasts, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and coat the chicken well.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Brush with leftover marinade while cooking for extra flavor. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken for 1-2 hours. You can also add lime juice or red pepper flakes for additional flavor.
