- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions
- Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until smooth. Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Taste the honey mixture and adjust sweetness or saltiness as needed.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes until edges turn pink, then pour the sauce over and cook an additional 2 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from heat, let sauce thicken, and transfer to a serving dish garnished with green onions.
