Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until smooth. Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Taste the honey mixture and adjust sweetness or saltiness as needed.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes until edges turn pink, then pour the sauce over and cook an additional 2 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
