- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 can (8 ounces) crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is nicely browned. Drain the excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked beef and onion with cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough on a floured surface and cut into squares. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square. Fold corners over the filling and seal edges.
- Place the bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Best served warm with dipping sauces like ranch or marinara. Can be prepared in advance and stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
