Description

A delightful blend of ground beef, creamy cheeses, and crispy bacon wrapped in crescent dough, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is nicely browned. Drain the excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cooked beef and onion with cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out the crescent roll dough on a floured surface and cut into squares. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square. Fold corners over the filling and seal edges.
  5. Place the bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Best served warm with dipping sauces like ranch or marinara. Can be prepared in advance and stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
