- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 4-inch squares. Steam or blanch broccoli florets until tender (3-5 minutes), chop finely, and cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy.
- Spoon a dollop of the broccoli mixture into the center of each pastry square. Fold over and seal edges with a fork. Brush tops with egg wash. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
