- 1 can corned beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 1 hot pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Cooked rice or fried dumplings for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped bell peppers to the pan. Sauté until the vegetables are soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Crumble the canned corned beef into the pan with the softened vegetables. Stir well to combine.
- Sprinkle in the black pepper, paprika, thyme, and salt. Stir to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Cook the mixture for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The beef should be heated through and slightly browned on the edges.
- Serve hot with a generous helping of cooked rice or fried dumplings.
