- 1 can of corned beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper, and sauté until the vegetables are soft.
- Incorporate the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the can of corned beef into the pan, breaking it up with a spoon to mix well with the sautéed vegetables.
- Stir in thyme, black pepper, and sliced green onions. Cook until everything is heated through and blended well, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot, optionally with a dash of hot sauce for an extra kick.
