- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, egg, garlic, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs to the skillet and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with additional sweet chili sauce for dipping.
Notes
For extra moisture, add ricotta cheese or chicken broth. For a spicier kick, include red pepper flakes or sriracha.
