Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, egg, garlic, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs to the skillet and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
