  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries and pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is just set.
  6. Allow the tart to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
