Description

A delightful blend of cheesy goodness and robust taco flavors, perfect for nachos, tacos, or as a zesty dip.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Stir until the cheeses are melted and smooth.
  2. Gradually add in the milk, stirring continuously until well blended.
  3. Mix in the taco seasoning and lime juice. Continue to stir until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm as a delicious topping for tacos or nachos, and garnish with chopped cilantro.

Notes

For extra heat, consider adding pepper jack cheese or diced jalapeños. Reheat gently and adjust seasoning as needed.
