Description

A luxurious twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring succulent lobster meat, gooey cheddar cheese, and crispy sourdough bread.


Ingredients

  • Lobster meat
  • Sourdough bread
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lobster meat with melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Butter one side of a slice of sourdough bread.
  4. Place the bread, butter side down, in the skillet, and add a layer of cheddar cheese, followed by the lobster mixture, more cheese, and top with another slice of bread, butter side up.
  5. Cook until the bottom is golden and crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Carefully flip the sandwich and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with creamy tomato soup or a crisp green salad. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
