Ingredients
- Lobster meat
- Sourdough bread
- Cheddar cheese
- Butter
- Garlic
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat with melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of a slice of sourdough bread.
- Place the bread, butter side down, in the skillet, and add a layer of cheddar cheese, followed by the lobster mixture, more cheese, and top with another slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden and crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip the sandwich and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with creamy tomato soup or a crisp green salad. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
