Description

A refreshing drink made with ripe mangoes and chilled rosé wine, perfect for warm days and outdoor gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 bottle rosé wine (chilled)
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, chilled rosé wine, simple syrup, and lime juice.
  2. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more simple syrup if desired, then blend again.
  4. Pour the frosé into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Best served immediately in chilled glasses. For variations, consider adding coconut water, pineapple juice, or mixing in different frozen fruits.
