A vibrant fusion of fruity sweetness and floral notes, this refreshing Mango Hibiscus Iced Tea is perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 mangoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers to the boiling water and let them simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the mixture from heat, then strain it into a pitcher to remove the petals.
  4. Stir in honey or sugar until it is fully dissolved. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  5. When you’re ready to serve, fill a glass with ice cubes, add diced mango, and pour the hibiscus tea over it. Finally, garnish with lemon slices and enjoy your refreshing drink.

Notes
