Description

A refreshing twist on classic lemonade with the sweetness of ripe mangoes and peaches, combined with a zesty lemon kick.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes and peaches with 2 cups of water. Blend until a smooth puree forms.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the fruit puree with the remaining 2 cups of water, fresh lemon juice, and sugar. Stir well to ensure the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar to suit your preference.
  4. Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the drink to chill.
  5. Serve the Mango Peach Lemonade over ice cubes, garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Notes
