Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened beverage style)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Peel and chop fruit if needed. Measure 1 cup mango chunks and 1 cup pineapple chunks. Peel the ripe banana and have the coconut milk and orange juice ready. Chill glasses if desired.
  2. Mixing: Place the mango, pineapple, banana, coconut milk, and orange juice into the blender. Secure the lid and blend on low, then increase to high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Cooking: No heat is needed. For a thicker texture, add ice cubes and pulse until well blended.
  4. Finishing: Pour into chilled glasses, adjust thickness, and garnish as desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit or a handful of ice. Store in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
