- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 banana
- 1 cup yogurt (or milk)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Begin by preparing your ingredients. Peel and dice the ripe mango, and slice the banana.
- In a blender, combine the prepared mango, banana, yogurt (or milk), orange juice, and honey if using.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until creamy and frothy.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately, optionally garnishing with a slice of mango or banana.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, reduce the amount of orange juice. You can also add a handful of spinach for extra nutrients.
