Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions and lightly grease if necessary.

- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just blended.
- Fold in cream cheese and chopped pecans until just combined.
- Pour batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown and slightly crisp, usually 3-5 minutes.

Notes
