- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips (or Easter-themed candies)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Combine sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour the sugar mixture over the prepared crust.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips (or Easter-themed candies) on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
These bars can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or in the refrigerator for a week. They freeze well for up to 3 months.
