Description

A delightful combination of textures and flavors, these Marshmallow Easter Bars are the perfect treat for spring celebrations or Easter gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (or Easter-themed candies)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  4. Combine sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour the sugar mixture over the prepared crust.
  6. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips (or Easter-themed candies) on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

These bars can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or in the refrigerator for a week. They freeze well for up to 3 months.
