Description
These cookies are soft, gooey, and deeply chocolatey, with a rich hazelnut-chocolate flavor from Nutella, pillowy bites from mini marshmallows, and fudgy texture from chocolate chips.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Nutella, flour, egg, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir until a smooth dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are set but centers remain soft. Cool on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For an even texture, consider using a cookie scoop. You can also freeze the dough for up to 3 months.
