Description
A bright, fruity twist on classic tiramisu with soft panettone soaked in matcha-cherry mix and layered with silky mascarpone cream.

- 1 panettone
- 1 cup cherry jam
- 1 cup brewed matcha tea
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Slice the panettone into even layers about 1 inch thick. Brew the matcha tea and let it cool until lukewarm. Measure out the cherry jam and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk the cooled matcha tea with the cherry jam until smooth. Adjust sweetness if needed.
- Dip each panettone layer briefly into the matcha-cherry mixture. Layer the soaked panettone in a serving dish.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and mascarpone until soft peaks form. Spread half of the mixture over the first panettone layer, then repeat the layering.
- Finish with the remaining cream on top, refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving. Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with cherries before serving.
Notes
Use good-quality matcha for the best flavor, and chill cream equipment for stable peaks.
