- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Grill or cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown. Let it rest before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives, mixing gently.
