Description

Crispy pockets filled with bright spinach, tangy feta, creamy cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes, perfect as an appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out the wonton wrappers on the prepared sheet.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together spinach, feta, cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Place about 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each wrapper, fold to seal, and brush with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Serve with tzatziki or marinara for dipping. These crisps can be refrigerated for 3–4 days or frozen unbaked for up to 1 month.
