Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced cooked ham or bacon (optional)

  • 1 package of mini phyllo pastry cups or pre-made tart shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and cooked meat (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
