- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel the sweet potatoes (optional) and cube them.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together miso paste, olive oil, maple syrup, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the cubed sweet potatoes in the glaze until well coated. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
