Description

A refreshing beverage that combines the rich flavors of coffee with the fruity qualities of a mocktail. Perfect for brunches or afternoon gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange slices, for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by brewing your favorite coffee and allow it to cool. Once cooled, set it aside.
  2. In a non-reactive mixing pitcher, combine the cooled coffee, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.
  3. Add the sparkling water into the mixture. Gently stir to combine without disturbing the bubbles.
  4. Fill two glasses with ice cubes, then pour the mocktail and coffee mixture over the ice. Top with a slice of orange and a sprig of mint.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness to your liking. Use freshly squeezed juice for best flavor. Try different herbs for variation.
