- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- ½ cup berry sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preparation: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch dish to form the crust.
- Mixing: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping until well combined.
- Assembling: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Top with mixed berries and drizzle with berry sauce if desired.
- Chilling and Cutting: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
