Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt, stirring to mix evenly.
- Add maple syrup, nut butter, and vanilla extract to the dry mix, stirring until fully combined. If too dry, add a teaspoon of water or extra maple syrup. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
- Scoop small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll into balls. Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days; freeze for longer storage. Best texture after a brief sit at room temperature if frozen.
