Description

Rich, fudgy bites resembling compact brownies that are quick to mix and chill, perfect for snacks or desserts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt, stirring to mix evenly.
  2. Add maple syrup, nut butter, and vanilla extract to the dry mix, stirring until fully combined. If too dry, add a teaspoon of water or extra maple syrup. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
  3. Scoop small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll into balls. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days; freeze for longer storage. Best texture after a brief sit at room temperature if frozen.
