Description

Chewy, chocolatey no bake brownie bites that deliver rich brownie flavor in a small, snackable form.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour and cocoa powder together until uniform and free of lumps.
  2. Add the maple syrup (or honey), almond butter (or peanut butter), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is well combined and holds together when pressed. If it feels too dry, add a teaspoon of maple syrup or a drop of water. Stir in chocolate chips if you are using them.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper. Press gently to shape if you prefer a flatter bite.
  4. Refrigerate the tray for at least 30 minutes so the bites firm up. Once chilled, transfer to a serving plate and enjoy.

Notes

Serve chilled or at room temperature. They pair well with coffee or milk. Store in an airtight container for up to 10 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months.
