- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Fresh fruit or chocolate for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs are fully coated and resemble wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Make sure it’s even and compact.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the creamy filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with fresh fruit, chocolate shavings, or your favorite toppings if desired.
- Carefully slice and serve the cheesecake.
