Description

A creamy and rich no-bake cheesecake that’s perfect for warm days and easy to customize with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Fresh fruit or chocolate for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs are fully coated and resemble wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Make sure it’s even and compact.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the creamy filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Top with fresh fruit, chocolate shavings, or your favorite toppings if desired.
  9. Carefully slice and serve the cheesecake.
