Description

A creamy and delicious no-bake cheesecake topped with sweet cherry pie filling, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy, being careful not to deflate it too much.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set, then slice to serve.
