Description

Delightful no-bake cheesecake bites with a creamy filling and a crunchy graham cracker base, topped with festive sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Red and green sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined.
  4. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a mini muffin tin to form small cups.
  5. Fill each cup with the cheesecake mixture and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle with red and green sprinkles for decoration.
