Description

Delightful no bake cookies made with chocolate, peanut butter, and oats, perfect for a quick treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, butter, and milk. Stir constantly until it comes to a boil.
  2. Once your mixture reaches a rolling boil, let it boil for one minute without stirring, then remove from heat.
  3. Immediately stir in the oats, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder until well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto wax paper and allow to cool until set, about 30 minutes.

Notes

For a tropical twist, add shredded coconut or make a nut-free version using sunflower seed butter.
