- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- More Oreo cookies for topping
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or zip-top bag. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan for the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Pour the creamy filling over the Oreo crust in the springform pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set. Before serving, top with crushed Oreos or whole cookies.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Use double-stuffed Oreos for a richer crust.
