Description

A creamy, indulgent dessert that’s perfect for any occasion, featuring rich layers of Oreo cookies, a creamy filling, and a light whipped topping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • More Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or zip-top bag. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan for the crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour the creamy filling over the Oreo crust in the springform pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set. Before serving, top with crushed Oreos or whole cookies.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Use double-stuffed Oreos for a richer crust.
