Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in graham cracker crumbs until the mixture is well combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Roll the chilled mixture into small balls, aiming for one-inch in diameter.
  6. If desired, melt chocolate chips and dip the balls in melted chocolate, then sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
