Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in graham cracker crumbs until the mixture is well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll the chilled mixture into small balls, aiming for one-inch in diameter.
- If desired, melt chocolate chips and dip the balls in melted chocolate, then sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until set.
Notes
