Description

Delicious no bake granola cups made with peanut butter, oats, and chocolate chips. Perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds or nuts of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  2. Add chocolate chips and sliced almonds, and mix again. Make sure the chips and nuts spread evenly through the oat mixture.
  3. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and spoon the mixture into each cup, pressing down firmly.
  4. Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set. Once set, remove the granola cups from the muffin tin and store in an airtight container.

Notes

These granola cups are versatile; feel free to experiment with different nut butters and add-ins.
