Description

These little No-Bake Pinecone Truffles look like tiny pinecones and taste like a peanut butter-chocolate dream. They are soft on the inside, slightly crunchy on the outside, and smell rich and nutty.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips (for decoration)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts or granola (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and prepare all ingredients.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs until thick.
  3. Roll about 1 tablespoon of mixture into a ball; repeat until you have 24 balls.
  4. Roll each ball in mini chocolate chips, then press chopped nuts or granola onto one side for a pinecone effect. Place on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
