This easy homemade Non Alcoholic Bailey’s gives you the creamy chocolate-coffee comfort without the alcohol, perfect for sipping or mixing.
Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee (optional)
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Measure the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and instant coffee (if using). Place all ingredients into a blender or a tall mixing container.
- Blend on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and fully combined, about 20–30 seconds.
- No cooking is needed. Gently warm a small amount in a saucepan if desired.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or coffee intensity. Pour into a bottle or jar and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Shake gently before each use.
Notes
Use cold heavy cream for thicker texture. Dairy-free options include coconut milk. Separate ingredients naturally; shake well before each use.
