Description

Rich, fudgy brownies combining creamy Nutella and spiced Biscoff cookie butter topped with crunchy Biscoff cookies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookies (crushed, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter, Nutella, and Biscoff spread over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold in flour and salt until just combined.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Top with the crushed Biscoff cookies and bake for 25–30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  5. Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Lift out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.

Notes

For a fancier presentation, drizzle melted Nutella over each square and sprinkle with more crushed Biscoff crumbs. These brownies are perfect for dessert tables or snacks.
