- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookies (crushed, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter, Nutella, and Biscoff spread over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in flour and salt until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Top with the crushed Biscoff cookies and bake for 25–30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Lift out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
Notes
For a fancier presentation, drizzle melted Nutella over each square and sprinkle with more crushed Biscoff crumbs. These brownies are perfect for dessert tables or snacks.
