Classic mini tarts filled with a gooey, nutty pecan filling, perfect for gatherings and holiday trays.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar to form a soft dough and press into the muffin pan to create tart shells.
- In another bowl, whisk together brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Stir in chopped pecans, and fill the tart shells.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the filling is set and the edges are golden brown. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
