Description

Ultimate comfort food combining crunchy tortilla chips, gooey cheese, and tasty toppings, all cooked in one pot for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Canned black beans
  • Sliced jalapeños
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole

Instructions

  1. Layer tortilla chips at the bottom of a large pot.
  2. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chips.
  3. Add canned black beans, sliced jalapeños, and diced tomatoes.
  4. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
  5. Cover the pot and heat over medium-low until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from heat and top with chopped green onions, sour cream, and guacamole before serving.

Notes

Use thicker tortilla chips to prevent sogginess and mix different types of cheese for added flavor.
