Description

A delightful one-pot dish featuring creamy garlic sauce and perfectly cooked pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (e.g., fettuccine, penne)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the pasta, broth, and heavy cream to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and has absorbed most of the liquid (about 10-12 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Great with added vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes for more nutrition.
