- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the pasta, broth, and heavy cream to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and has absorbed most of the liquid (about 10-12 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
