Description

A simple and foolproof recipe for juicy oven-baked boneless skinless chicken breasts, seasoned with garlic and paprika.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and coat evenly.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve sliced against the grain.
