Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the salmon fillets with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, pepper, and your choice of fresh herbs over the top.
  4. Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
