Description

A bright and easy salad featuring sweet strawberries, tangy feta, and crunchy pecans, drizzled with creamy poppyseed dressing.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup poppyseed dressing

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens and berries. Slice the strawberries evenly.
  2. Combine mixed greens, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and drained mandarin oranges in a large bowl. Toss gently to distribute fruit through the greens.
  3. Toast chopped pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until fragrant. Let cool before adding.
  4. Top the salad with pecans and feta cheese. Drizzle with poppyseed dressing and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best served chilled or at room temperature. Pairs well with grilled chicken or a toasted baguette.
