- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan, shape it into a loaf, and spread marinara sauce on top. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
