A delicious twist on classic meatloaf combining lean chicken and rich Parmesan cheese, perfect for the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan, shape it into a loaf, and spread marinara sauce on top. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
