Description

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, drawing a circle to guide the wreath shape.
  2. In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form, gradually adding granulated sugar until glossy and stiff peaks form. Fold in vanilla and vinegar.
  3. Spoon or pipe the meringue into a wreath shape on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 1.5 hours, then turn off the oven and let cool inside to prevent cracking.
  4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Transfer the cooled meringue to a serving plate, fill with whipped cream, and top with fresh fruits.

Notes

Assemble at the last minute for the best texture. Store unfilled meringue in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days and avoid moisture.
