  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped dried peaches, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well-mixed.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the honey (or maple syrup), coconut oil, and vanilla extract until blended and smooth. Pour this over the dry ingredients and stir until the oats are well coated.
